Welcome to EcoFairyGarden, an online resource for gardeners and garden appreciators. We are a network of horticulturalists, gardeners, botanists, landscapers, arborists and conservationists who have teamed up to provide a digital space whereby members of the public, businesses and students can contact us to receive advice, answers to specific questions, and ideas on what to do with their gardening space regardless of the size.
A note from the Founder and Director…
I set-up EcoFairyGarden because I wanted to offer a well organised, accurate, reliable online resource, which could be accessed immediately wherever you might be, whether pottering around in your herb garden, visiting a plant nursery or just sitting on the train. What gives EcoFairyGarden its edge is our network of contributors, which is made up of both professionals and enthusiastic amateurs with skill-sets as diverse as urban gardening, indoor gardening, garden design, kitchen gardening, wildlife conservation, the list is exhaustive. This network is online and international and ready to offer advice and answer your questions. Want to ID a plant in your border? Wondering why your apple tree didn’t fruit as well as last year? Unsure of when or how to prune a shrub? Want to have a garden that attracts butterflies? Want to provide a haven for bees and hedgehogs? Had enough of slugs eating your hostas? We have the answers to all these questions and more. Step inside the EcoFairyGarden…
Director of Eco Fair Garden and Hea Gardener at Colesbourne gardens
Being very active, my resting time is very important. I love having me time in the Garden… Eco Fairy Garden is my go to place for when I want to add something extra special new to my garden. I have often sent questions about suitable species for where I want to plant and always receive the information I need. I am looking forward to Arthur Cole’s garden videos to be available.Roseanne Lindsay
